What we collect today

WellDosed currently has no user accounts, no tracking cookies, and does not collect any personal data from visitors. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as request times and IP addresses) for operating and securing the site, and these are not used to build a profile of individual visitors.

The stack builder saves the supplements and medicines you pick in your own browser's local storage so they are still there when you come back. That list stays on your device. It is never sent to us, and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser's site data removes it. If you share a stack link, the stack travels in the part of the URL after the #, which browsers do not send to the server, so that does not reach us either, though of course whoever you send the link to can read it.

What changes when accounts launch

User accounts are planned but not yet available. When they launch, creating an account will require an email address, and you'll be able to save supplement stacks to your account. At that point you'll be able to export your data or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time; this page will be updated with the specifics before accounts go live.

POPIA

As a site operating in South Africa, we handle any personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). The site owner acts as the information officer for POPIA purposes.
